Description

The ‘Pinkerton’ avocado is an oval-shaped fruit with a smooth, green skin that remains green even when ripe. It has a creamy, rich texture and a high oil content, making it flavorful and desirable for culinary uses.

Ripening

Typically harvested from late summer to early winter (April to August).  Skin remains green but becomes slightly softer.
